PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING.
A $25 Deposit is required for all appointments and will be applied to final balance for appointment.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
If you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time.

**NEW CLIENT POLICY/NO-SHOW**
A deposit is required upon booking for any new lash set. Your entire deposit will be used towards the cost of the lash set.

*If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment start time, the deposit will not be refunded. *

A cancellation fee will be charged on top of the deposit if not cancelled within 24 hrs. of scheduled appointment.

If cancelled before the cancellation window deposit will be refunded in full.

**LATE POLICY**
Please arrive to your appointment no more than 10 minutes early, with no makeup and very clean lashes.
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELED AND DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED

**Lash Fill Policy**
40% of the eyelash extension must remain for a fill. If you have less than 40%, a full set will need to be booked.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY GUEST TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
ALL SERVICES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
